There are many different types of assessments, and I have chosen these three: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">DISC<\/span><\/strong>: offers insight into behavioral and communication styles, leadership styles, thinking styles, or drivers.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>TMA<\/strong><\/span>: offers insight into a person&#8217;s motivation and the associated talents and pitfalls. If you want to know more about competencies and talents, TMA is the right fit. If you want to know more about behavior and communication and aligning with colleagues, then DISC is appropriate.  <\/li>\n<li><strong>Leadership issues<\/strong> are excellently clarified with the &#8220;PowerDISC&#8221;: you gain a clear picture of both your DISC and leadership styles and how you can align these with your employees (and their styles and level of development). <\/li>\n<li><strong>For teams<\/strong>, DISC is excellent for learning to speak a common language and identifying pain points and development areas. There are four basic styles: a<\/span><span>ction-oriented versus calm, and people-oriented versus task-oriented. The D-style stands for Dominance, the I-style for Influence, the S-style for Steadiness, and the C-style for Conscientiousness. There are 40 possible style combinations!
